Mumbai, May 21 (PTI) Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has turned producer with UTV Spotboy''s ''Chillar Party'', co- directed by Vikas Bahl and Nitesh Tiwari.Salman is the only ''Khan'' who didn''t have any production house but he has decided to take the plunge with Chillar Party.
