HC rejects thespian''s plea challenging inspection of bungalow

Mumbai, Jun 8 (PTI) The Bombay High Court has rejected a petition filed by thespian Dilip Kumar challenging a lower court order to appoint a Court Commissioner to inspect his bungalow at Pali Hill following a property dispute.The 89-year-old actor is embroiled in a legal row with a city builder over redevelopment of his bungalow. The petition was rejected yesterday by Justice J H Bhatia.On April 6, another judge of the High Court, Justice V M Kanade, had recused himself without assigning any reason when the actor''s petition came up before him. ...
