MUMBAI (Reuters) - Deccan Chronicle Holdings has restarted efforts to sell its Indian Premier League franchise Deccan Chargers, and is in talks with Perth businessman Vikas Rambal and India's Adani Group, sources with direct knowledge of the talks, told Reuters.
